Registration with Payeer is very fast and requires only your name and E-mail address, you can obtain an account within 30 seconds and you can really use most of services without need to verify your Identity, but in case you want to be very verified you can get this by simply upload a copy of your international passport or national ID card along with any acceptable prove of address document such as utility bill or bank statement issued within last 3 months, and the verification process may take up to 7 business days.
Deposit, withdraw & transfer
When it come to deposit your USD account, Payeer don't really offers much ways to do this but you can do that through AdvCash in USD with 2% deposit fee, or you can use Qiwi wallet and Yandex money for deposits with RUB but the fees is very high almost 10% fee! or you can deposit with BTC with a 2.5% fee.
And in case you want to deposit your account with your credit card you will need to deposit your RUB account and then exchange your RUB to EUR or USD with a fee of 4% on market rates.but the deposit fee is also high about 6% that makes the total fee if you want to deposit your Payeer USD account by a credit card is about to 10%.
The transfer between Payeer accounts have a fee of 0.95% which is good compared to other payment systems.
And for withdraw you can get your Payeer money via credit card with a withdraw fee of 4.5% + 5$ on any amount, you can also withdraw it to Qiwi, Yandex money or Advcash with a withdraw fee of 2.9%, or choose a crypto currency withdraw to any supported currency with a fixed fee of about 0.001 BTC.
Security & account protection
Payeer website use an active SSL protection license to encrypt the login details but it's not really that strong when it comes to protect your money as there is no protection layers to your account, either pin codes or authentication so if any one that knows your password can eaisly steal your account and no thing you could do to recover it so it's very recommended to choose a very strong password if you are planning to store money with Payeer.
Payeer defects
Payeer have a several disappoints starting with the very high fees compared to other services which makes it good only for transfer money while deposit, withdraw process is very expensive especially for USD and EUR currencies.
Also the fact that we can't use bank transfers or credit cards to deposit either USD or EUR account is not really nice for those who don't live in Russia and own credit cards in RUB currency.
Finally the Verification process takes a long time to be done and you may need to resend your data again which is not a nice thing.

Payeer gets a moderate rating from us as they have some great features like the ability to use the account without need to verify it, possibility to work with multi currencies wallets and making exchange fiat and crypto currency with ease they have some bad features like a high fees for deposit and withdraw on USD and EUR currencies, the week protection of the account, so we think this service is idle for e-currency exchange and send money internally but not a wise choose for a main e-wallet service or save money.
